- Mailer Pro / Bulk Emailing
- Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sporting Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc)
Your services will be terminated with or without notice. Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Unsolicited Commercial Email [‘Spam’] is implicitly forbidden. This is considered server abuse and is grounds for immediate termination. Webmail can be used only for temporary storage of emails, we recommend our customer to use pop3 to download emails to their own PC. Storing email in webmail is not allowed.
You agree that until and unless you notify iconnectsolution.com of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. Cancellations must be done in writing through mail. As a client of world weblogic, it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree that until and unless you notify world weblogic of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis, unless otherwise stated in writing by world weblogic. In the event we do not receive the payment before the expiry of services period, the account will be deactivated and any services under that account will also be deactivated.
world weblogic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. The deposit paid to world weblogic covers the cost of Development Services and Consulting Work carried out by our team. world weblogic reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by the Client for any reason. It may not be possible to refund a deposit once world weblogic has started the development process. A refund is not guaranteed by world weblogic, but is possible based on execution department’s judgment. If deposit has been paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of payment. If your project has been canceled by us due to any breach of the terms and conditions on your part, you will not be eligible for a refund. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. Development Services and Consulting – if the services opted by you are T&M (Time & Material) based services or Hire Dedicated Developer service, these are non-refundable. Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.
Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service is ran on Sunday or a weekend day of each week, overwrites any of our previous backups made, and only one week of backups are kept. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. world weblogic is not responsible for files and/or databases residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and databases transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and databases or any other form data stored with world weblogic
world weblogic shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. world weblogic makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. world weblogic disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by world weblogic and its employees.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and you agree that the courts of Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute (contractual or non-contractual) concerning these terms.
